QUESTION: I am relocating to the Nashville area. If my present
home is for sale and I find a home I like, how can I submit a contract and be sure I won't have to close on it until my
home is sold here.  I CAN NOT afford two house payments.

ANSWER:  We can submit the contract contingent upon (subject to)
the sale and closing of your present home. Sometimes the seller is also moving and needs some time so it could work out for you both.
