Real Estate Biography of John R. Phillips

John R Phillips, a resident of Middle Tennessee for the past forty years, has been a real estate broker in the Nashville area since 1990. His experience in real estate includes the acquisition and management of the construction and development of over $100 million of commercial properties; over fifty light industrial projects valued at approximately $75 million; and the development of hundreds of residential properties.

Mr. Phillips holds a Bachelor Degree in Construction Management from Auburn University and a Master of Science in City Planning from the University of Tennessee.

He also is a retired veteran of twenty six years from the U.S. Army where he served in the Republic of Viet Nam, United Kingdom of Great Britain, Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, El Salvador, Honduras, Panama, and other short tours.

In 1998, Mr. Phillips became increasingly aware that all real estate companies in the area focused on serving sellers first, not buyers. In recognizing the need for buyer representation, he established a real estate company in the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area that would serve only buyers of real property and never the seller. There would never be a conflict of interest relative to who was being represented, and the emphasis would be on quality service, integrity, and saving the buyers time, money, and effort. To date, this company has saved buyers over $3,400,000.

Service areas include; Brentwood, Franklin, Spring Hill, Thompson Station, Nolensville, Nashville, Greenhills, Belle Meade, West Meade, Antioch, Goodlettsville, Gallatin, Springfield, Hendersonville, Mt Juliet, Lebanon, Murfreesboro, Smynra, Lavergne and many other small communities in Middle Tennessee.
