6. You have the right to a modified appraisal of the selected property and an explanation of property values in the chosen areas.
7. You have the right to have contract offers properly prepared on your behalf and delivered promptly to the seller or the seller’s agent.
8. You have the right to professional assistance in shopping your loan package with lenders to obtain the most favorable loan and rates.
9. You have the right to expect your move to be as simple and as enjoyable as possible.
10. You have the right to have professional assistance in arranging home or property inspections, home warranties, and other certifications that might affect the value of the home or property.
11. You have the right to have professional assistance in reviewing closing papers for accuracy before closing.
12. You have the right to an agent who will represent only your interest during your acquisition of real property, not the interest of any lender, insurance company, or other vendor.
13. You have the right to demand that your agent not divulge confidential information to the listing agent and/or the seller.
