All Real Estate Contracts Are Not Created Equal

Beware of “Boiler Plate” Real Estate Contracts
Many traditional real estate agents use pre-printed contract forms that are weighted in favor of their client, the seller. These contracts may include hidden costs for you, the buyer.

Hidden Costs to the Home Buyer
Our agents always look out for your best interest. We will be on alert for hidden costs in the contact such as closing costs charged to the buyer that could instead be paid by the seller. We will look for statements such as, “whatever the prevailing rate of interest”, or “seller must approve of the buyer’s choice of Home Inspector”’ which can mean added expense and aggravation for you, the buyer.
